• FLORIDA SERVER MOVE *IMPORTANT*
Dear Clients,
For the past few weeks our Florida Connection Provider has been having a lot of network issues and they do not seem to be able to resolve them in a timely manner and we sincerely apologize.
We are extremely disappointed in our provider as they have a very good reputation in the industry and we were expecting more from them.
We thrive in giving the best service as possible and the issues we are having in Florida are unacceptable so we will be changing connection provider for our Florida location as soon as possible. The new connection will result in having to change the IP addresses of the voice servers.
What does it mean?
-We will inform you by e-mail when the move will take place.
-The move will change your server address but not the port number.
-All your settings will be kept.
-We will provide the new IP address in advance.
-For those who have a custom hostname, we recommend using the new server IP that we will provide for about 24 hours once the IP change is initiated. After 24 hours you can go back to using your custom hostname and it should be functional for all your users (some ISPs may take a bit more time)
NOTE: If you wish to be moved to a different location prior to this scheduled move you can contact us on the live chat or in a trouble ticket and we will be happy to move your server.
